It is possible to get yourself inducted into the Room Of Death. If for any reason you neglected to go to a gig by a band that you know you love, then you deserve to be banished to their Room Of Death! The only way you can escape someone else's Room Of Death is by travelling out of town to see them.
So whose Room Of Death do you deserve to dwell in? Tell your story here.

No-one ever comes down this end of the M62 so i'm pretty safe here. I have to travel out of town to see pretty much every band I like.

If it came down to a choice between living in a town where my chances of getting in somebody's Room Of Death are pretty high, and living in a town where my chances of living an exciting life are phenomenally low - ain't no choice at all.
Just kidding dude, if only more people were as dedicated to the cause of metal than you, sir. In the famous words of a certain Mr. Bon Scott... "Hull ain't a bad place to be...".

You may all laugh out loud, but I'm in AC/DC's Room of Death. I had the chance to see them twice. On the Razor Tour and the Stiff Upper Lip trip. In the first case Alice Cooper played on the same day in Stuttgart. It was a hard decision and although the Coop ruled without end I could't be aware of the fact that I would have the chnace to see him many more times than Angus and Co. I did. In the second case I just had started my own gas station and had no cent at all. NO EXCUSES! I am in their Room of Death. And in Cinderella's, but that is written on another page. Who is in Pretty Boy Floyd's Room of Death? Not me any more since I seen them with Tuff and Shameless last month. As I told you you would laugh out loud...

Well, well, well you may concern that I don't quite agree, but I think I would lose too much energy in a Pretty Boy Floyd discussion. I definetly enjoyed the gig. It was a Sunset Strip party in Switzerland. I had fun...

I have seen AC/DC live, and I must say I much preferred UK tribute act Live Wire. I have never been a fan of Brian Johnson's vocals, and regard Bon Scott as possibly the greatest frontperson who ever lived. Every time I listen to AC/DC it is never later than Highway To Hell, although Back In Black is still a very good album, and retains the heavy blues influence the band had when Scott was alive. I feel the same way about Whitesnake. Their turning point album was 1987, which I hated. And I have hated everything they've done since. The thing I loved about Whitesnake up to Slide It In, was the heavy blues that Bernie Marsden and Mickey Moody brought to their sound. Even Coverdale's vocals had their own sassy and sleazy style to them, which completely changed with the line up on 1987. I feel they became too heavy, if that is at all possible considering the extreme music I listen to today. Out went everything I loved about their music, and in came the "guitar-wanking" style that befitted David Coverdale's new "up his own arse" attitude.
So, last year at Wacken, after hearing the words "here's a song for ya!" for like the twelvth time, I left Coverdale and his massive ego to his own devices and walked out on Whitesnake towards the beer tent.
So now I guess I am in Whitesnake's Room Of Death. And I don't regret it one little bit.

I am disgusted to say that im in Opeths and Satyricons room of death. I have no excuses but i did see Opeth on the Black Metal stage at Wacken last year. As for Satyricon i should be flayed alive for missing them so i am putting myself into Theyre room of death. I will redeam myself soon as go to loads of gigs so i will get out pretty quick im sure.

It has come true. I'm in Bltzkrieg's Room of Death. I heard 'Armageddon' and 'Inferno' from the camping field, but was to lazy to rush in and out again. I also had the chance to see them at last year's Sweden Rock and in Balingen 4 years ago. Blame it on the beers...

It's been a while, but Grandma was damn busy passing her final exams to become a Magister-Ma. Anyway I am in AC/DC's Room of Death - NO MORE! Yesterday I was able to watch Angus & Co. at the Hockenheimring. Outraging. Two hours tempo, tempo, tempo and a stage - wow. It's long ago that I saw such a huge logistic phenomenon. Rosie, the cannons, the bell and that damn train. Hitwise everything was played, plus some surprises, foremost 'Shot Down In Flames' and 'DOG EAT DOG'. Me and my brother were lucky that a friendly security guard offered us the chance to enter the space right in front of the stage. Damn I am glad that I left their Room of Death!
