I found This Interesting blog this morning, and realised this applies to me. So I am going to try this and see what happens.
I find myself scouring the news channels and teletext looking for ultimately meaningless news stories to feed what I now realise is an addiction of sorts. I found it quite sad when I realised everything in this blog, I was experiencing also.
So here goes.
Whenever I feel the need to inject news, I'm gonna go for a walk in the park and try to shed a few stone before I'm 40 next year.

read and listen to the news but always remember that THEY only tell you what THEY want you to know!!!

Whatever you want to call THEY,Illuminati,Bilderburg ect.....
We are all just sheep caught up in a galactic game of chess with us mere mortals Pawns in said game!!!!
The press only tells half truths,the media in general tells half truths..
See through the news and you will be Enlightened!!!
The news is out there if you look hard enough!!!
Like someone once said,to open your eyes you have to.....
"Put on the goddamn Glasses".....
Look whgats happening at the moment...
Floods...
Droughts....
Plagues...
Fammin...
Riots...
Political wranglings...
mass uprisings....
stock crashes...
ect...ect...ect........
What all this equals to is world domination by an unseen enemy!!!
THEY....Get it yet....
The Rich get rich and the poor get poorer....
look at the price of oil and petrol here in the usa!!!!
Oppression at its finest....
The end days are upon us and we wont know until its too late and the Elite are broadcasting from the dark side of the moon where all the billionares are safe!!!
Call me paranoid but i dont watch the news anymore as im sick of been fed a load of lies all these years...
Open your eyes people,the truth is out there!!!!!
